Strength in flexibility! Our PTFE expansion joints have innovative features to take up movement in your piping without sacrificing safety. These bellows are available in a wide range of standard products, like those listed below, or we can custom engineer an expansion joint for your application. We have the capability to manufacture PTFE expansion joints up to extremely large diameters. In addition, our type 227 has an innovative support ring around the external part of the convolution. This extra support at the weakest part of the bellow makes them a truly safe choice for flexible containment of highly hazardous fluids.
The Type 207 bellow is performs exceptionally for most applications. Additional reinforcing rings (207V) can be added inside to protect against vacuum. The 207 is available up to 1050mm diameter.
The Type 227 bellow is performs exceptionally for most applications. Additional reinforcing rings (227V) can be added inside to protect against vacuum. The 227 is available up to 600mm diameter.
The Type 283 bellow is a stainless steel expansion joint lined with fluoropolymer. It is designed to withstand higher pressures above the range of the 227. The 283 is available up to 600mm diameter.
