Corrosion and erosion can unnecessarily increase operational costs for plants in the mining, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. Our engineered PTFE lined valves, PTFE lined pipe, PTFE lined  pipe fittings, and expansion joints offers viable solutions to many problems:

• Corrosion inside and outside of process piping and valves.
• Erosion inside process piping and valves.
• Contamination of the fluid by metallic piping or valves.
• Adhesion of fluids to the walls of piping or valves.

We offer a wide range of styles and sizes for our PTFE lined valves. The internal of the valves are plastic-lined or made from plastic materials to handle corrosive fluids in the chemical, mining, mineral processing, and many other industries.

• Plug, Ball, Diaphragm, Butterfly, Check, Flush valve styles (more information below).
• Liners and valve internal materials - PFA, PTFE, FEP.
• Body and valve external materials - ductile iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, and PPS.
• Connections standards ANSI B16.5 flanged #150.

We manufacture our PTFE lined pipe and fittings from a wide variety of materials, such as engineered polymers and exotic metals, each capable of solving different challenges.

• Plastic liner materials - engineered polymers such as PTFE, PFA, PVDF, ETFE, PE, and many more.
• Exotic metal liners - titanium, nickel alloys, zirconium, and tantalum for the toughest processes.
• Pipe sizes from 1/2" to 24". Pipe spool dimensions standard ANSI B36.10.
• Connections standards ANSI B16.5 flanged #150 (ANSI#300 on request).
• Standard body material carbon steel; stainless steel and other materials on request.
• Lined fittings - 90° elbow, 45° elbow, equal & reducing tee, concentric & eccentric reducers, instrument tee, spacers, blinds, and many more.

Strength in flexibility! Our PTFE expansion joints have innovative features to take up movement in your piping without sacrificing safety. These bellows are available in a wide range of standard products, like those listed below, or we can custom engineer an expansion joint for your application. We have the capability to manufacture PTFE expansion joints up to extremely large diameters. In addition, our type 227 has an innovative support ring around the external part of the convolution. This extra support at the weakest part of the bellow makes them a truly safe choice for flexible containment of highly hazardous fluids.
