HCl Synthesis
HCl is generated from a high temperature reaction between chlorine and hydrogen gasses. Depending on whether gas or liquid HCl is needed, absorption can be added after the reactor. HCl synthesis units are commonly used in chlor-alkali plants and paper mills.

HCl Recovery
HCl effluents from processes can be recovered and reused/sold. There are several ways to recover HCl:
- Absorption of HCl-rich gasses
- Distillation of HCl solution above the azeotrope
- Extractive distillation of HCl solution below the azeotrope
- Dual pressure distillation of HCl solution below the azeotrope

Sulphuric Acid Dilution
These systems are commonly used where concentrated sulphuric acid must be diluted to various concentrations for deployment in chemical processes. Common applications:

Steam Condenser
Steam condensers are heat exchangers that condense the steam coming from a generating turbine. They create vacuum in order to increase turbine performance. They also manage condensate coming from the turbine.
Our packaged system has the following advantages:
